Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. All reservations are guaranteed for late arrival.
Cancellation: Our cancellation policy varies based on the rate code booked and whether special conditions are in place due to special events. Please see the cancellation policy associated with each rate in our booking engine.
No-show: Failure to arrive for your reservation without proper cancellation will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax, provided the reservation is a cancellable reservation. Any remaining nights in the reservation will be released. 
Check-in: 3:00pm
Check-out: 12:00pm
Non-Smoking: The Eliot Hotel is a non-smoking facility per city ordinance.
